Engee Advisors Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data.
2. Personal data we collect
When you contact us through this website, WhatsApp or a booking link, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or mobile number, and any information you share about your enquiry.
3. Purposes of collection and use
We use your personal data only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct discussions, provide our advisory services, send you an acknowledgement of your enquiry, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data and do not send you marketing without your separate consent.
4. Consent
By submitting the contact form and ticking the consent box, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer; we will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawal.
5. Disclosure
We may disclose personal data to trusted service providers (such as hosting, email and scheduling providers) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our service providers may store data outside Singapore. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
7. Protection and retention
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected or for legal or business purposes.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data held by us. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and in any case within 30 days.
9. Do Not Call
We will not send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers registered with the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given clear and unambiguous consent.
