One of the largest and most renowned FMCG companies headquartered in Europe

Challenge: Securing a dependable agro supply chain in a frontier market where smallholder farming dominates and organised financing for farmers was largely absent.
Approach: Worked on the ground with farming communities, government officials, UN agencies (FAO, UNDP), JICA and trade associations to design and lead the creation of the supply chain and the organised financing that underpins it.
